Hello :) All recipes here are taken from internet sources and modified according to my taste. By the way, I am Hindu and most of the recipes here are related to Indian food. Hope it's useful for you too during confinement.
MENU 1 CONFINEMENT
Breakfast
Oatmeal, bread, biscuits,
milo/Horlicks and any other suitable food such as puttu, idly, capati.
Lunch
Chestnut porridge
Soak chestnut until they are swollen. Steam
chestnuts until they are cooked. Combine chestnuts with, wolfberries, Chinese mushrooms (oyster), 6 red
dates (preserved), some ginger, sweet brown rice/white rice, water-rice wine
blend (1/2 litre water & 2tble rice wine) and cook the combination into rice or
porridge. (add salt and pepper).

Fruit- apple, prunes/plum, banana

Seaweed soup-follow recipe
Recipe:
6gm seaweed
1 clove garlic
1 tsp sesame oil
3 cup water
½ cup tofu
10 walnut
1 tablespoon miso
1. Soak in cold tap water seaweed
for 15 minutes. Drain and cut smaller of they are big.
2. Heat a saucepan on medium low heat. Put in
sesame oil and saute garlic until fragrant.
3. Put in seaweed and cook for a while.
4. Put in water, bring to a boil. The soup will
turn whitish.
5. Put in tofu slices, walnut and bring back to
a boil.
6. Put in miso or season with salt.
Dinner
Soak sweet brown rice
overnight/morning. Add ginger, longan, brown sugar and dried tangerine peel
(just a small piece, not too much), water- rice wine blend (1/2 litre water and 2 tbsp rice wine) and cook into porridge.
(add salt and pepper)
